OUR MINISTRIES
There is a wide range of meaningful activities/events for people of all ages and backgrounds here at Kingsview. Please see the sections below for more information.
CHILDREN'S CHURCH
DISCIPLESHIP
We seek to provide a quality experience for your children to discover who God is and to grow in their relationship with Him. From infants through to Jr. High, all kids will enjoy age-appropriate interactive play, music, games & activities, often quite loudly!
Discipleship at Kingsview is the place where we dig a little deeper than on Sunday morning. We look at biblical principles and guidelines to help shape the way we look at reading the Bible, why the Bible is still important, the roots of our own faith and even how we manage our finances. Discipleship at Kingsview provides a great opportunity to get to know someone new, grow in your faith and is a fantastic excuse to eat donuts and muffins once a week!
JR. HIGH-SCHOOL YOUTH
Our Jr. High School group is for youth in grades 5-8. We meet Wednesday evenings from 7-8:30pm. We enjoy epic messy games, wild and crazy activities and dynamic small group discussions all with the purpose of promoting the relevance of God’s Word.
MEN'S EVENTS & ACTIVITIES
The vision for all of our events & activities is to inspire and equip courageously follow Christ as husbands, fathers, and friends. Some events offer strong teaching components, while others offer strong relational connections. Either way, we know that our men face a lot of distractions in today’s world, and need to come together in a community of teaching and support, to experience God’s best for their lives!
Men have the opportunity to connect with each other through the following events:
1. Men’s Breakfast
2. Major & Regional Conferences
3. Specialized local initiatives (focused on helping men, fathers and husbands)
4. Recreational Events (Pro games (hockey, football, baseball, Golf days, etc.)
5. Men’s events hosted by the Western Ontario District of the PAOC

SR. HIGH SCHOOL YOUTH
Sr. High School Youth (Fridays between 7-9 pm) is a place for students to come experience Jesus and connect with each other through meaningful relationships. The leadership team is excited to promote Jesus’ mandate of the Greatest Commandments (Love God, Love Others) and the Great Commission (Serve Others). Our heart is to help students discover their love for God, so that they can live a life with vision and purpose that is filled with a desperate passion to see others belong to the Kingdom.
Our desire is to become Students of Christ (discipleship) as we Master the gifts that God has given to us (ministry) through our Adoration of Him (worship). We desire to create a youth atmosphere that makes accountable Relationships (fellowship) memorable so that we can give a Testimony to his Name (Evangelism). We run a monthly topic, 4-5 weeks long, that gets students to be S.M.A.R.T. with their faith as we are actively pursuing the plans and 5 purposes that God has for us.
PRAYER INITIATIVES
LAST TUESDAY OF EVERY MONTH
The last Tuesday of every month, we host a prayer gathering in our main sanctuary, from 7:00pm to around 8:00pm. With a balanced time of personal worship, reading, listening, intercession, and sharing, everyone in attendance tends to leave with a heart full of God’s Presence, peace and power. This is an open door meeting, and you’re welcome to come by anytime during those 2 hours to seek the heart of God. Child care is provided.
SUNDAY MORNING PRAYER
Our sanctuary opens 3o minutes before Sunday’s worship experience (at 10:00am), with an open invitation for any and all to come and prepare their hearts before God. Just about everyone who comes early tends to receive much more out of the service, and is also in a better position to give the life of God away to others as well.
